How we think
What is a meeting? What is party? What does a meeting have in common with a party? Are they basically the same?
In an increasingly digitalized world, meetings and social gatherings in real life become more and more valuable. This is true in our professional lives as well as in our private lives.
To be able to compete with the digital world’s offerings, formats are needed to make the social interactions fun and productive. The formats should also allow for team development or create a sense of community among the participants.
How we turn the thought into practical action.
We use formats that allow for repetitive efficiency and innovation at the same time. Imagine a format that focuses exactly what it is intended for, that promotes teambuilding(business) or a community feeling(pleasure) and at the same time is inspiring and fun.
Furthermore, the format can be executed repeatedly without being dependent on a single individual, which far too often is the case. These characteristics are true for all our formats, be they for business events or for pleasure.
To be honest our formats for business is often so inspiring that they are close to the formats for pleasure. And why not have real fun while developing your business? Nothing wrong with that.
